How we onboard

Savannah identifies potential vendors or receives a vendor submission of interest.
Subject to Savannah's assessment, potential vendors will receive the required list of onboarding documentation to submit.
Savannah evaluates vendors based on their financial stability, technical capabilities, compliance processes, and quality standards to ensure alignment with our business needs.
Qualified vendors will receive a formal confirmation of their registration in the Savannah vendor database, making them eligible to participate in tenders.
Savannah's typical processing time is two to three weeks from receipt of vendor onboarding documentation. Delays or issues with document submission may extend this timeline.
